Next, place the second iron gnome fi gurine into smaller wood tray. Again, if you want to secure the gnome fi gurine into the tray, place adhesive dashes onto the bottoms of the gnome's boots. Fill the smaller tray with three assorted potted ferns, again, from Melrose. Step 4 Next, arrange seeded eucalyptus sprays, dahlias, mum bushes, anemone bushes, mini-fern sprays and eucalyptus sprays, all from Melrose, into the design. Dip all stem ends into hot-melt (pan) glue before inserting them into the dry-fl oral foam. Shape these permanent botanicals in a natural, lifelike manner. Step 3 Bend and shape a berry spray stem (or two), from Melrose, in a natural manner. Dip the stem end(s) of the berry spray(s) into hot-melt (pan) glue, and arrange it/them into the dry-fl oral foam. Step 2 Loosely layer dried vines and branches over the top of the dry- fl oral foam in the larger wood tray. Step 1 Place one iron gnome fi gurine, from Melrose International, into one end of the larger wood tray. If you want to secure the gnome fi gurine into the tray, place adhesive dashes onto the bottoms of the gnome's boots. Next, glue dry-fl oral foam into a tray or liner with hot-melt (pan) glue, and place the tray/liner into the open space in the larger wood tray. Cover the edges of the dry-fl oral foam with sheet moss. Step 6 Arrange the two wood trays (containing the gnome fi gurines and permanent fl owers and plants), the geranium-fi lled galoshes and the gnome fi gurine welcome sign in a confi guration of your choice, to create a charming vignette.
