CHOOSE YOUR CLUB
You may apply for up to three communities in order of preference. You must notify us
of how many copies you will want to purchase for each community at time of application.
You will be awarded a community based on availability. You may also apply to obtain
multiple communities.

Marketing Strategy
CHOOSE YOUR ORDER QUANTITY
When determining the amount of copies to order, we recommend you research county tax
rolls to determine the size of the community of interest. This will determine the number of
pieces to mail. We also suggest you purchase a substantial additional amount for marketing
to locations surrounding the community and inside the community that may allow you to
distribute your beautiful customized publication, such as golf and tennis pro shops, salons,
doctors' offices, title companies, etc. You will also want to order additional copies for your own
collateral marketing purposes for listing presentations and open houses. Upload your final list
to us for each issue and we will do the rest. Your mailing will be delivered to property owners
and remaining copies will be delivered to you directly in boxes.
