Like fitness, it's paramount to great health but something humans struggle to incorporate as a natural part of their lives. Canadian- born Tara Muldoon knows firsthand how challenging it can be to let bygones be bygones, and after a traumatic sexual assault, she created the "F-YOU" global forgiveness movement as a way of self healing. Now, the twenty-something is the author of two books, has facilitated more than 150 forgiveness workshops and assists young men and women with finding peace of their own. As one of Essence magazine's top "40 under 40," Valeisha Butterfield- Jones has been named Head of Black Community Engagement for Google. e one-time political strategist and community advocate is the co-founder of WEEN (Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network), former Vice President of the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network, wrote the award- winning book e Girlprint, served in the administration of U.S. President Barack Obama as the Deputy Director of Public Affairs for the International Trade Administration and as the National Youth Vote Director for the 2012 Obama for America campaign, and is wife to NBA great Dahntay Jones. BUSINESS Valeisha Butterfield-Jones Head of Black Community Engagement, Google BOOKS Jennifer Teege Author and Public Speaker When German-born advertising executive Jennifer Teege discovered she was the granddaughter of Amon Goeth, the Nazi soldier depicted by Ralph Fiennes in "Schindler's List," she was overcome with emotion. Not only had the 38-year-old gone to school in Israel and befriended many descendants of Holocaust survivors, but Teege was black. Estranged from her mother, who became pregnant after an affair with a Nigerian exchange student, Teege was put into foster care and later adopted. Teege's ongoing battle with depression led her on a journey toward self-discovery that uncovered the details of her family history. ough Teege wrestled with this newfound information, it produced her book My Grandfather Would Have Shot Me: A Black Woman Discovers Her Family's Nazi Past.
