WELCOME Dear Reader, We're excited to share with you the new Fall issue of Hillman Homes Magazine! As you may have noticed, this issue is bigger than what we normally share. To bring you a more comprehensive publication, we've added market information from our Hillman Report that corresponds to the listings found throughout this issue. Among many of the new and exciting improvements this past year is the partnership we created with Villa Siena Luxury Condominiums. While buying and selling homes is our business at Fannie Hillman + Associates, supporting the local charitable community is really at the heart of what we do every day. For the last 35 years, our company has raised tens of thousands of dollars for non-profits and other organizations. In October, I participated in the Real Men Wear Pink campaign benefitting the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Orlando foundation. Breast cancer is an illness that has hit very close to home for me. I've watched my mother battle the disease, as well as several friends and fellow agents at Fannie Hillman + Associates. With the generosity of my friends and colleagues, I was able to raise over $5,000 for this initiative. I want to take a moment to thank those that participated in this campaign with me.
