Dear Reader,
Welcome to the Summer edition of Hillman Homes Magazine, our custom publication featuring
some of Fannie Hillman's most beautiful properties throughout Central Florida. Tailor made for
our community, this issue highlights local events, restaurants and shopping around Orlando and
Winter Park. To start, we've included an article on outdoor living that we hope will serve as both
enjoyable to read and encouraging for new summer projects.
As I mentioned in the Spring issue, we were excited to begin offering 3D Interactive
Walkthroughs for our customers. Today, I'm happy to announce that the feedback from both
sellers and buyers has been overwhelmingly positive and we are looking forward to continuing
to grow our digital offerings. Over the last quarter, we profiled several of our Central Florida
neighborhoods and shared our thoughts on the best ways to spend 48 hours in each town. Each
article was featured in The Park Press and can now be found on the Hillman Blog, which is
updated biweekly.
School is out and the heat is on. If you've recently been considering a change in surroundings
