The Ronto Group announced it will
begin construction of the 26-floor,
120-unit Seaglass high rise tower
within Bonita Bay this April with
Naples-based BCBE Construction
leading the way on this project.
Situated nearly 250 feet from its
closest neighboring building, Seaglass
will feature fully completed, ready
for occupancy residences with
designer-selected premium finishes.
Each residence will come with two
protected access under-building
parking spaces. Ronto has processed
binding and pending sales contracts
worth $85 million.
During February, 989,845 passengers
traveled through Southwest Florida
International Airport, an increase of
9.3 percent compared to February
2015. Year-to-date, passenger traffic
is up 8.4 percent from the same
pervious last year. Southwest Florida
International Airport served nearly
8.4 million passengers in 2015 and is
one of the top 50 U.S. airports for
passenger traffic.
The success of AQUA at Pelican Isle
has prompted the introduction of
a second tower. Building elevations,
floor plans, and amenities designed
by the award-winning firm Curts
Gaines Hall Jones Architects have
been completion and the project is
projected to open early 2017. Plans
for the new tower also call for a
Marina Villa, located on level two,
just steps away from AQUA's private
marina.
he new $31 million Hyatt House
Naples/5th Avenue has opened
its doors for business. Set on just
over 4 acres, the 135,000-square-
foot hotel and attached 80,000-square-foort parking
garage occupies a prime spot on the Gordan River.
The new hotel is part of Hyatt's extended-stay
brand, Hyatt House, which has more than 60
properties in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
