Welcome to the Spring issue of Hillman Homes Magazine. is year has truly been off to an
amazing start and we're excited to share this custom publication with you. A longside highlights of
some of our most beautiful listings, you will find a Market Report from the recent Hillman Report
published in March, lifestyle articles, a dining guide and a cultural calendar. As the area continues
to grow, we continue to see a reduction of distressed properties, puing the market in a " healthy"
state. Coming off a good 2015 and judging by what's already transpired this year, I'm confident we'll
continue to see steady growth in 2016 and am optimistic about what lies ahead.
Addressing the changing needs of our clients and the constantly evolving market, we were excited
to announce the launch of our new 3D Interactive Walkthroughs. is advance in technolog y gives
our clients the ability to market their home using virtual reality, allowing interested buyers from out
of town the opportunity to step inside a listing without stepping outside their home. e feedback
has been overwhelmingly positive and we're excited to continue to use this new technolog y in a
variety of ways moving forward.
In the past few months, we've also welcomed several new agents and congratulated many of our
veterans on becoming top producers, an accolade given to 24 of the highest producing agents in the
office. We are appreciative of the tradition of excellence maintained by our long-serving agents and
eager to continue bringing in new talent to learn from them.
