States, according to data released
by RentRange. Rent prices in the area averaged
$1,540.27, up from 23.6% a year ago. Sarasota ranked
third on the nationwide list.

reported a boost in passenger
traffic in October, more than 68%
over a year ago. The increase
marks the 25th month of con-
secutive year-over-year passenger
growth, with the airport's sole
carrier, Allegiant, offering nonstop
service to 28 cities.
New luxury villas in the Grey
Oaks Country Club's Torino
neighborhood are scheduled to
open in December. Torino will
include one- and two-story villas
and will offer floor plans ranging
from 3,032 to 4,311 square feet.
Prices will start in the mid-
$900,000 with furnished models
priced over $1.2 million.
