the 10th easiest place in Florida
to sell a home. The median
sales price in Lee County is up
6.1% over last year while Collier
County is up 13%.

job growth through 2017. The
magazine published a report by
Moody's Analytics, which predicts a 4.6% job
increase. The report cites the surge of retirees
who are forecast to stimulate construction,
retail and health care sectors.
