Hansen is the former president and CEO of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. During her 13-year tenure, she is credited with transforming the small, Venice-based charity into a regional philanthropic powerhouse that has donated more than $27 million to charities this past year. . Angie Stringer is the new Executive Director of the Sarasota chapter for Girls Inc. A non-profit executive for more than 20 years, Stringer worked with Girls Inc. in the mid-1990s and was most recently the former director of major gifts for Children First. She brings a bevy of experience and perspective, ranging from program development to fundraising to the non-profit center. Girls Inc. is one of the leading voices in the community helping girls "navigate gender, economic and social barriers and grow into healthy, educated and economically independent adults." White, an attorney with Pinellas County Attorney's Office, is also a former member of the Florida Supreme Court.
