How to Prepare
Saute onions, peppers, celer y, and garlic in buer on med high heat until so.
Add corn. Add saffron to mi xture and let cook for another 5-10 mins on med
low heat. Add flour to make rou x . Pour in stock and heav y cream and whisk
to combine. Slowly bring to a simmer and add in lobster and crab. Add in
spices and tabasco and cook for another 15-20 mins or until thickened. Add
in cilantro.

1 cup onion diced
1 red pepper diced
1.5 stalks celer y diced
1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 teaspoons
minced garlic
1 stalks corn off cob
1 1/2 teaspoons Saffron
1/2 cup flour
8 cups fish stock
2 cups heav y cream
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, old
bay, paprika
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1 pound crab meat
1/2 pound lobster claw meat
5 dashes Tabasco
4 Tbs chopped cilantro
