its luxurious boutique shopping,
art galleries and restaurants.
Chief Executive Magazine has ranked
Florida as the second best place to
start a new business. The Sunshine
States ranks behind Texas, who
captured the coveted top spot. California, New York
and Massachusetts all ranked in the top ten. The annual
survey was distributed to 511 CEOs across the nation
who choose their best places to start a business based
on lower taxes, quality of living, and progressive business
development programs.

Property values are booming in
Collier County during the first
two quarters of 2015, according
to the Greater Naples Chamber
of Commerce. Property values
increased by 8.38%, the highest
percentage in a decade.
Prices for existing condos and
townhomes have surged in
Bonita Springs and Estero over
single-family homes in the area.
The average price rose 50.9%, to
$392,293 in April compared with
the same time a year ago.
