In our overly scheduled lives today, it's hard to find the time to
host the perfect dinner party for friends and family. Many of us shy
away from creating a menu that caters to every palate, and feel
overwhelmed spending a day cooking for guests. The editors at
GRAVITAS wanted to pay homage to the lost art of entertaining
by hosting a great dinner party that includes a dynamic group of
female guests, delectable plates of food, stimulating conversation,and
great laughs.
Rococo's Steakhouse, the 1920s baroque chic restaurant located in
downtown St. Petersburg, graciously hosted our first dinner party and
created a sumptuous menu that can easily be replicated at your next
gathering (the chef shared his personal recipes on the next page). In each
issue, GRAVITAS will feature a dinner party at a local restaurant attended
by some of the area's most amazing women. We will also share some of our
