Her success in the corporate world is matched
by the balance she created in her family life. She
lives with her husband and teenage children in
Bradenton next to a state park, an ideal place for
an active mom like herself. Marciniak says she
was constantly involved with her children's sports
team when they were younger as a coach and team
mom. While it wasn't easy working full-time and
caring for her children, but she found balance
with the support of her husband and taking time
for herself at the end of the workday to unwind
and play nine holes of golf.
"It is important to put the personal time on
your calendar. Plan your vacations and your
extracurricular fun. en and only then can you
have a fulfilling career without burning out. If you
make time for both personal and work, you will
never regret either."
