Best Grouper Sandwich
on the Gulf Coast
Ingredients
1 6oz grouper filet
¼ tsp salad oil
1 hamburger bun
1 slice gamble creek tomato
1 piece of gamble creek romaine lettuce
1 slice red onion
Optional: ½ tsp cajun black magic
seasoning
How to prepare:
Preheat your grill then drizzle with salad
oil. Put skin-side up on the hot grill and let
cook for 4-5 minutes. Toast hamburger
bun and put lettuce, tomato, onion on
the top part. Flip over your fish and finish
cooking about 3-4 more minutes. Serve
on the bottom par t of your bun. Serve
tar tar on the side with French fries, pickle,
lemon, and a cold beer.
For blackened: Sprinkle the blacking
seasoning on both sides prior to placing
on grill.
For fried: Dip grouper in egg wash then
dredge through flour prior to placing on
grill.
