The Colony Golf and Bay Club in
Bonita Springs is set to begin construc-
tion on a 21-story tower next year.
As condominium living continues to
gain popularity in Southwest Florida, these luxury residences
are the first to be developed in the area in years. "We've
monitored the market research closely," developer WCI
Communities said in a statement. "And homebuyers are tell-
ing us they're ready for the next generation of tower living."

Premier Sotheby's International
Realty has opened a new office on
Sanibel in Lee County. Sotheby's
recently sold a Gulf Front estate on
Sanibel for $8.48 million, the highest
priced property on the island.
Listed on Forbes' Top 100 pub-
licly traded companies are three
Gulf Coast based businesses. Sun
Hydraulics in Sarasota ranked 44th,
ACI Worldwide in Naples ranked
45th and Superior Uniform Group
in Seminole ranked 63rd.
RWA Consulting, a civil engineer-
ing firm, has reopened its office in
Fort Myers. Once closed during
the recession, the firm's president
is pleased that the growth in Lee
County supports the companies
return.
