According to Westfield Southgate's General Manager, Jim Ralston, Cobb Theatres is the perfect addition to the mall's expanding clientele. It is expected to open in 2015. R Next fall, New College of Sarasota will offer its first masters degree pro- gram in data science. The program will train students in data analytics and strengthen the relationship between liberal arts degrees and the workforce. Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is now offering direct flights to Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, D.C. The once restricted airport approved SRQ, making it one of only four Florida airports to gain federal clearance. Reagan National is just three miles from downtown Washington, D.C. Punta Gorda Airport has added new, nonstop destinations to its schedule. Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Omaha, Richmond, Virginia, and Jacksonville are being offered by Allegiant. Allegiant jet services also added several other major cities to its itinerary earlier this year.
