If we asked the closest person to you what kind of wom-
an you are, what would they say?
I would hope they would say compassionate about others and pas-
sionate about life. I live my life by the golden rule, I love to laugh and
do it oen. I tr y to surround myself with people who love life also.
What are some of the things you love outside of work?
I love my family, my dogs and the outdoors. We're all into boating ,
cruising , fishing , wake boarding and just having fun on the water. I
love morning walks with my dogs, time to think and plan my day. I
love theatre, the arts, charity events, music and fine dining. I belong
to the Sarasota Yacht Club and I enjoy all it has to offer.
What kinds of things inspire you?
Light and beauty. I oen notice how sunlight hits an object and
brings out the colors. I love that magical hour ever y day before sunset
and I love going to the beach to watch the beautiful colors in the sky,
on the water and on the sand. Some of the best things I've learned in
life, I learned from my dogs—to be here, now, in the present.
If you didn't own Dream Weaver, what would you be
doing?
I'm not sure, but maybe something to do with animals or the boating
world. I think I would always be involved in the arts in some way on
the side. It's in my blood.
If you could look ahead, where would you want to be
when you can say, yes, I have accomplished everything I
set out to do.
(laughs) I doubt there would ever be that time. I'm always creating
new goals for myself. When I accomplish something , I look for new
challenges.
