When Joan Morgan moved to Sarasota from
Cape Cod, she arrived with her son, her
belongings in a van and the idea that she would
one day own the top art-to-wear clothing store
in the city. Morgan's background in the arts
was impressive, but she was eager to make her
mark. Now, more than 20 years later, Morgan
has accomplished her goal as the owner of
Dream Weaver, a leading retail establishment in
St. Armand's Circle. In this section of Women
