Designed by Matthew Kragh, AIA, owner of MHK Architecture & Planning, square footage ranges from 1,200 to 3,000 and it will be located on Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road just a short distance from downtown Naples. These residences will begin vertical construction this summer. A Haynes Corporation is expand- ing its corporate headquarters in Naples yet again, to step up the production of parts they make for trains and tractors. In 2011, the manufacturer broke ground on a new LEED-certified facility that was completed in 2012. Home building in Ave Maria is reaching new heights, demand has tripled since 2012 for new home starts for this community as people from all over are coming here to retire in affordable housing, and to get a break from the congestion in other areas.
