The anticipated final structure will include a substantial event space, health and wellness center and Children's Discovery Center. Good news for hockey fans. Developer Gordie Zimmerman is heading up plans to build a 150,500-square-foot hockey facility at I-75 and S.R. 56 in Wesley Chapel. The cost of this project is between $16 to $20 million, a welcome addi- tion to the Tampa community. A luxury hotel will be built in the chic Ybor City historic neighborhood. The $11.3 million hotel developed by Liberty Group will be located on a city site they purchased for $650,000 at the corner of Nick Nuccio Parkway and East 7th Avenue. P lans to construct an 18–story luxury tower in downtown St. Petersburg are now in effect, with units selling for more than $1 million. According to the Tampa Bay Times, "The 18-story build- ing called Bliss would include 30 units selling for between $800,000 and $1.3 million." With 30 residences and no neighbors, this exclusive property on 176 Fourth Ave. NE off of Beach Drive is an upcoming prime piece of real estate. NEWS Sun Coast
