The Tampa Bay Jewish Community
Center set their fundraising goal of
reaching $22 to $24 million this fall
with the vision of a stunning new
facility. The anticipated final structure
will include a substantial event space,
health and wellness center and
Children's Discovery Center.
Good news for hockey fans.
Developer Gordie Zimmerman
is heading up plans to build a
150,500-square-foot hockey facility
at I-75 and S.R. 56 in Wesley Chapel.
The cost of this project is between
$16 to $20 million, a welcome addi-
tion to the Tampa community.
A luxury hotel will be built
in the chic Ybor City historic
neighborhood. The $11.3 million
hotel developed by Liberty Group
will be located on a city site they
purchased for $650,000 at the
corner of Nick Nuccio Parkway and
East 7th Avenue.

lans to construct an 18–story luxury tower in
downtown St. Petersburg are now in effect,
with units selling for more than $1 million.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, "The 18-story build-
ing called Bliss would include 30 units selling for between
$800,000 and $1.3 million." With 30 residences and no
neighbors, this exclusive property on 176 Fourth Ave. NE
off of Beach Drive is an upcoming prime piece of real estate.
