Planning, square footage ranges from 1,200 to 3,000 and it
will be located on Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank
Road just a short distance from downtown Naples. These
residences will begin vertical construction this summer.

new LEED-certified facility that was
completed in 2012.

get a break from the congestion in
