TERRARIUM CENTERPIECE
Floral design, photos and text by
Nita Robertson, AIFD, CFD.
e idea behind this intriguing two-tiered centerpiece
is to create a gift of fresh fl owers along with a
permanent keepsake scene—a winter "terrarium."
e mini ecosystem concept of terrariums can be
customized for any occasion, theme or season, and
when I saw the fl at-top terrarium, this notion just
materialized. Be creative, and adapt this idea
for your clients' individual styles, preferences
and needs. For holiday parties, this
centerpiece provides take-home gifts for not
just one but two guests.
