40 Design 40 Design 40 Design Spray Roe Spray Roe Creating a fl ower crown used to be so time consuming with the old-school wire-and-tape method. But now, creating a fl exible base onto which one can glue fl owers and foliages is much quicker and provides more control of fl ower placement. is method also creates lighter and more comfortable-to-wear headpieces. Open spray roses are the perfect blooms for this type of wearable design. I was inspired by two gorgeous new spray rose varieties from Rosaprima—'Be Loving', a soft chiff on-pink variety, and 'Sahara Sensation', with a warm pale sandy- peach hue. ese two varieties have with large blooms ( for spray roses), which open fully and hold up well.
