Step 2
Place a 6" oval plastic armature
container into the center of the jute
wreath. Secure the container into the
wreath with paper-covered wire threaded
through the container's attachment tabs.
Step 3
Place several adhesive dashes
around the outer rim of a
cylinder vase, and adhere
a band of burlap-and-lace
ribbon around the rim. This will
help hide any visible mechanics
of the upper arrangement.
TIP: Clean and dry the vase
before placing the adhesive
dashes around the rim so that
they will adhere well. Next,
pour an inch or so of properly
proportioned fl ower nutrient
solution into the vase, and then
arrange fi ve or six tulips and
two or three stems of lily grass
inside the vase, in an artistic,
dynamic swirling manner.
Step 4
Place the jute wreath/armature
container structure atop the
cylinder vase. The armature
container should fi t snugly
into the opening of the vase.
Fill the armature container with
properly proportioned fl ower
nutrient solution.
Step 5
Arrange roses, tulips and Ruscus into
the armature container, creating a
round all-sided design.
