eld Entertainment's decision to move their global headquarters to the former General Electric facility on the north
side of the Manatee River has been called an economic development coup for the Bradenton area. Feld is the worldwide leader in producing and presenting live family entertainment, with more than 30 million people attending its
shows each year. Feld's productions have appeared in more than 75 countries on six continents and include Ringling
Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Disney On Ice, Disney Live!, Marvel Universe Live and Feld Motor Sports. Reportedly, the
building is large enough to rehearse two Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus units at the same time, and contains a warehouse that stores more than 10,000 costumes. In addition, the facility will house more light and sound equipment than found at
any other production company facility in the United States, including in Hollywood.

second multi-family residential development proposed for Sarasota's
downtown area this year, a sign of
developers' renewed confidence
in the local real estate market.
The Westfield Group has unveiled plans to update, revamp,
and add 46,000 square feet of

an outdoor "street-like feel" with
natural stone cobbled walkways
in an open-area with covered
paths mixing current high-end retail with restaurants, nightlife and
other entertainment.
WCI Communities has purchased
