Step 1 Place plastic liners or short cylinder vases into four sizes of decorative cement pots from Melrose (10", 8.75" and 6.5" diameters). Then place saturated floral foam, soaked in flower nutrient solution, into the liners/vases inside the cement pots. Step 2 Arrange a variety of foliages into the 8.75" diameter cement pot (Magnolia, bay laurel , knife-blade Acacia, Eucalyptus and Italian Ruscus used in this design). Step 3 Arrange one stem of Hydrangea into each of the other three pots, around the rims. Place stems directly into the "reservoir" of water around the edges of the floral foam, to ensure they remain optimally hydrated. Step 4 Arrange a variety of foliages into each of the cement pots, followed by carnations, Veronica, Scabiosa, peanut-butter tree, sweet peas, stocks, Dendrobium orchids, Eryngium, Tweedia and Amaranthus. Finish by arranging chrysanthemums into the focal areas of the groupings. Step 5 Place one Simplus FIA Flame LED Candle into each of the ceramic candleholders/ lanterns from Melrose. Group the containers and the candleholders/lanterns to create a visually pleasing, asymmetrically balanced formation of your design.
