le er from Jules L ast year, I reposted a meme that spoke to me; it said, "At the end of 2020, instead of '30 Under 30' lists, please profi le middle-aged people who just got their big breaks." Who knew I would be at the top of such a list? I feel that my entire career has been training for this moment. Having owned an advertising agency specializing in the luxury home industry and a print media company for the past decade, I've honed a broad range of skills, but I'm a storyteller at the core. As a writer and graphic designer with words and pictures in print or online, I strive to craft stories that connect, educate and inspire. In this newly redesigned issue, we have some extraordinary stories of resilience and creativity as many fl orists fi nd innovative ways to diversify their businesses. We have some stunning works to share from talented fl oral designers across the country. And, in our newly created business section, we bring experienced voices to the discussion to help fl orists build robust marketing and business foundations and turn their customers into brand ambassadors. I am honored and feel a great sense of responsibility to lead Florists' Review through the fi rst part of its second century of publishing. It's especially rewarding for me to have an audience that appreciates the beauty and value of magazines. While print is a vital part of the Florists' Review experience, it is just the beginning of the conversation. We have a newly designed website for you at FloristsReview.com, and we have lots of fun and innovative programming planned for our social media communities. In April, we will launch a new Facebook and YouTube series, Lunch and Learn with Florists' Review. rough Facebook groups, Instagram contests, YouTube series and more, we are creating thriving communities for the fl oral industry internationally. I want to thank my talented team and the global tribe of partners who have helped me bring this beautiful issue to you. We hope you will join us by becoming a member of Florists' Review. Together anything is possible! May your future be fi lled with abundance and fl owers Jules Lewis Gibson, President and Creative Director Florists' Review Media Group Flowers from Suncoast Florist, Sarasota, FL 6 March | 2021
