Jelena Trifunovic, of Viola Floral in Los Angeles, Calif., started her career as a school science teacher. When she opened her home- based flower business later in life, she naturally gravitated toward teaching kids. Since opening in 2020, she has provided a variety of in-person and online classes including "edutainment" events for kids' parties. "My children's floral classes are a merging of my two careers. I always try to insert a little bit of scientific knowledge as they are having fun." Photo by J Cristopher Launi Photography
