Remove the paper backing from the adhesive dashes on one side of the wire. Carefully press a length of No. 9 satin ribbon onto the wire, making sure to center the ribbon on the wire. Repeat this process on the opposite side of the wire. Curl or coil the ends of the ribbon-wrapped wire. Step 2 Thread a length of 22-gauge fl orist wire along one edge of a length of glittered mesh/grid ribbon. Mold the wire rein- forced mesh/grid ribbon into an artful formation, and glue it to the center of the ribbon-covered length of fl at aluminum wire with liquid fl oral adhesive. This will create a base into which you will glue foliage and fl owers. Step 3 Glue bits of foliage into the mesh/grid ribbon "structure" with liquid fl oral adhesive, to create a base for the fl owers. Glue individual blooms and sprigs of accent fl owers into the foliage/ribbon base with liquid fl oral adhesive.
