your deal breakers top of mind while searching. There is no need to go down a rabbit hole, looking at
properties that don't meet your fundamental needs.
Today it is standard for properties to have good photography online, allowing homebuyers to preview a
property without the hassle of going in person to every home. I'm also happy to offer a virtual preview for
my clients if necessary. This practice is especially helpful for out of town buyers.
I always suggest prospective buyers thoroughly review the seller's disclosure before getting too excited
about a property. The seller's disclosure details information about the property or anything that could
affect a buyer's decision to purchase the property, all of which answered to the best of the seller's
knowledge. A seller must also indicate items that might affect a person's enjoyment of the property such
as pest problems, property line disputes, and knowledge of signicant construction projects in the area.
And remember, no house is ever perfect. Focus on the things that are most important to you and let the
minor ones go.
