Peruse The Gardens Stroll through diverse tropical, subtropical and wilderness ecosystems in the world class Naples Botanical Garden. Be mesmerized by stunning orchids, water lilies, lotus blossoms, romantic flowering vines and more. Be wowed by the ever- changing art installations, seasonal evenings, and themed concerts on the Performance Lawn. Try yoga among the flowers, gardening classes, birding tours and more, all within minutes of downtown Naples. Bring the family to experience the magnificent tree house and many other wonders in the Children's Garden. Go For A Ride Rent a bicycle at Naples Cyclery, near Vanderbilt Beach, or Island Bike Shop on Marco Island. Join Naples Bicycle Tour for a charmingly narrated ride through lovely neighborhoods, along the coastal historic districts and beyond. A must-do bike path is the Gordon River Greenway, which meanders from the Naples Zoo and the Conservancy of Southwest Florida to Downtown Naples. For a fun tour through historic Old Naples between the Gordon River and the Naples Pier on a different kind of wheels, try Trike Tours USA or Segway of Naples. Saddle Up The Picayune Strand State Forest offers horse trails through native Old Florida vegetation. Go for the 22-mile trail within the State Forest, or take a gentle trail ride with M&H Stables, just outside the Picayune, located 12 miles east of downtown Naples. Roll The Dice When you're feeling lucky, high stakes table games and slots offer plenty of opportunities to hit it big at the Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee. There's blackjack, poker and baccarat action and more, as well as a calendar packed with top-rate entertainment, from sidesplitting comedy to seriously rocking concerts. Allen Tennis Center has 12 state-of- the-art Hydro-Grid lighted Har-Tru courts, shady chickee structures, cold-water fountains, and a fully stocked tennis shop. It's set in lovely Cambier Park near theaters, shops, galleries and restaurants. Find more courts at the Pelican Bay Community Park and Veterans Community Park. Do Some Shooting Naturally, you should never be without your camera here on the Paradise Coast, but in this case we suggest you try the shooting sport of trap, skeet, and sporting clays. The Gulf Coast Clays shooting range, at Port of the Islands between Naples and the Everglades, has a scenic, automated 15-station sporting clays course, three trap fields and two skeet fields. Practice Pickleball It's the fastest growing paddle sport in the country, and Naples is an epicenter of Pickleball action. The Minto U.S. OPEN Pickleball Championships are held each spring at East Naples Community Park and Veterans Park. Other places to practice your game include Naples' Fleischmann Park and the City of Marco Island Racquet Center. Explore The Arts From the impressive permanent collections and traveling exhibits at The Baker Museum at Artis—Naples to famed Everglades photographer Clyde Butcher's rustic gallery deep in the Everglades, fine art galleries and artist's studios abound on the Paradise Coast. Linger in the galleries at Marco Island Center for the Arts and Naples Art. Save one day for strolling the galleries along Naples' 5th Avenue South and Third Street South, and another day to visit the Naples Art District, featuring the studios and galleries of more than 60 painters, ceramicists, sculptors, jewelers and photographers.
